First of all, download and install the IBM Notes to Google Apps Migrator
After that, select the NSF file that you want to Export and click on Open >> Next button to continue
Now, select either Single User Export or Domain User Export as per users need
Add the relevant Google User ID and click on Authenticate to verify the account process and choose Allow to access.
Now, check the data items i.e contacts, emails, calendars that you want to export.
Click on Export button to begin the migration process
As the process finished, the successful completion message will pop-up, click on OK button.
